Tellus is troubled after learning that Saturn Girl and three other Legionnaires are involved with a top secret conspiracy. He decides to speak with Duo Damsel, his teacher from the Legion Academy, to ally his suspicions. However, Duo Damsel is part of the conspiracy and informs her peers that they need to hurry up with their plans. Meanwhile, Chameleon Boy gets closer to Starfinger under a disguise. He plans to destroy his operations off the planet of Rimbor.
